Made-to-Order Prints

Every Albert Diaz Art print is made to order after payment is received.

Printing and Fulfillment

Prints are professionally produced and prepared for shipment by Chris at Positive Print. Albert Diaz Art remains responsible for the customer order and communication.

Processing Time

Please allow approximately 5 to 10 business days for printing, signing, numbering, preparation of the Certificate of Authenticity, and packaging before shipment.

Shipping

Standard shipping is included for orders delivered within the continental United States.
Orders are shipped using a trackable shipping service. Tracking information will be sent to the customer after the order has shipped.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, United States territories, or international addresses require a separate shipping quote before payment.

Delivery

Delivery times begin after the order has been printed and shipped. Carrier delays may occur and are outside the direct control of Albert Diaz Art.

Damaged or Missing Packages

Customers should contact Albert Diaz Art promptly if a package arrives damaged or does not arrive. Photographs of the packaging, shipping label, and artwork may be required before a replacement or refund can be considered.
